SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2024:  State Bank Of India has published the official notification [ Advertisement No: CRPD/APPR/2024-21/07] dated 20.11.2024 on its SBI Official Website for Engagement Of Apprentices for 3 years. SBI Bank invites online applications from Indian Citizens for engagement as apprentices under the Apprentice Act 1961 (as amended from time to time). Eligible & Interested candidates who ensure yourself and fulfill all the eligibility criteria can apply through bank.sbi/careers or www.sbi.co.in/ careers on or before 10^th  December 2024.

Candidates can apply for engagement in one state only & from which state are you going to apply, should be proficient in reading, writing, speaking in the local language. Candidates can appear for the examination only once under this engagement project. Candidates can apply online and no other mode of application will be accepted. An incomplete application will not be considered “Eligible” will be rejected. To apply for this engagement of apprentices vacancies candidates should possess Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute and the age limit should be Maximum 28 & minimum 20 years as on 31.10.2024. Candidates will have to pay fees/intimation charges through online mode at the time of submission of the application. The selection process will be done on the basis of  Online written test, Local Language Test  & Medical Examination. & selected candidates will be placed any branched of SBI Bank across India. Vacancy Details Of SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2024:

According to SBI Apprentice Requirement 2024, overall 8500 vacant posts have been allotted for the SBI Apprentice for various states. Eligible and willing candidates can apply on or before 10.12.2024. State-wise vacancy details and local language details are given below table for SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2024.

Eligibility Criteria For SBI Apprentices 2024:

According to SBI Apprentice Notification 2024, eligibility criteria is given below as mentioned in the advertisement.

Educational Qualification as on 31.10.2024:

• Applicants should possess Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institute.

Age Limit:

• Applicants age limit should be minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years as on 31.10.2024.
•  The maximum age indicated is for unreserved and EWS candidates.
• Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.

Duration Of Training:

• Three years only. The selected apprentices should be willing to qualify in the examinations of IIBF (JAIIB/CAIIB) during 3 years apprenticeship engagement in the Bank.

Stipend/Benefit

• The apprentices are eligible for stipend of Rs.15000/- per month during 1st year, Rs.16500/- per month during 2nd year and Rs.19000/- per
  month during 3rd year. The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/ benefits.

Selection Process:

• Selection for engagement of apprentices would be based on the basis of (i) Online written test and (ii) Test of local language (iii) Medical Test.

Mode Of Application:

• Candidates can apply online and no other mode of application will be accepted.

Application Fees/Intimation Charges:

• General/OBC/EWS:  Rs.300/-
• SC/ST/PWD             :  NIL

Mode Of Payment:

• Online Mode Only.

How to Apply & Guidelines For SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2024:

• Visit the official website of SBI Bank i.e https://bank.sbi/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in/careers and open the appropriate Online Application Form, available in the ‘Current Openings’.
• Candidates will be required to register themselves online through the website https://nsdcindia.org/apprenticeship or
  https://apprenticeshipindia.org or http://bfsissc.com or https://bank.sbi/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in/careers – Engagement of Apprentices in SBI.
• Candidates should have a valid email ID and mobile no. which should be kept active till the declaration of results. It will help him/her in getting call letter/advices etc. by email/SMS.
• Candidates should first scan their photograph, signature & documents as detailed under guidelines.
• Fill the application carefully. Once the application is filled in completely, candidates should submit the data. In the event of candidates not being able to fill the data in one go, they can save the data already entered. When the data is saved, a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidates should note down the registration number and password. They can re-open the saved data using registration number and password and edit the particulars if needed. This facility will be available three times only. Once the application is filled in completely, candidates should submit the data. Thereafter, the registration is final and no change/ edit of any data will be allowed. The registration at this stage is provisional.
• After ensuring the correctness of the particulars of the application form, candidates are required to pay fees through the payment gateway integrated with the application, following the instructions available on the screen.
• The fee can be paid by using debit card/credit card /internet banking by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the candidates.
• On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt and application form with fee details will be generated, which may be printed for record. Printout of Application Form is NOT to be sent to SBI.
• If the online transaction is not successfully completed, please register again and make payment online.

Call Letter For Examination:

• The candidates should download their call letter and an “acquaint yourself booklet” by entering their registration number and password/ date of birth from the Bank’s website https://nsdcindia.org/apprenticeship or https://apprenticeshipindia.org or
  http://bfsissc.com or https://bank.sbi/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in/careers tentatively in the last week of December 2024 onwards.
  *NO HARD COPY OF THE CALL LETTER FOR ONLINE WRITTEN EXAMINATION & ACQUAINT YOURSELF BOOKLET WILL BE SENT BY POST

Proof Of Identity To Be Submitted At The Time Of Examination:

• The candidates must bring one photo identity proof such as Passport/Aadhar/ PAN Card/Driving Licence/Voter’s Card/Bank Passbook with duly attested Photograph/Identity Card issued by School or College/ Gazetted Officer in the official letterhead in original as well as a self-attested Photocopy thereof. The photocopy of Identity proof should be submitted along with call letter to the invigilators in the examination hall, failing which or if the identity of candidates is in doubt the candidate will not be permitted to appear for the test.

Online written test:

• The structure of the online written examination (online objective type) would be as follows.

Each test will have separate timing as mentioned above.

The questions will be bilingual i.e., English & Hindi, except for the test of General English. There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the
Objective tests. 1/4th of the mark assigned for the question will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Candidates are required to score minimum percentage marks on aggregate (For SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates, 5% relaxation available thereon).
Minimum qualifying marks on aggregate will be as decided by the Bank. There are no minimum qualifying marks for the individual subject. The merit list will be drawn State wise and category wise. Candidates qualified in the test will be placed according to their aggregate marks in descending order in respective States and Categories. In case more than one candidate scores same marks as cut-off marks in the merit list (common marks at cut-off point) such candidate will be ranked in the merit list according to their age in descending order in respective States and categories.

NOTE: Other detailed information regarding the examination will be given in the ‘Acquaint Yourself’ booklet, which will be made available for
download to the eligible candidates along with the call letter for the test.

Test of Local Language:

• The specified local languages of the states are as mentioned in Para A of the advertisement. The candidates applying for vacancies of a
  the particular state should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) of the specified local language of that State as mentioned in Para A of the advertisement. The test for knowledge of specified opted local language will be conducted as a part of the selection process. It will be conducted after qualifying the online written examination. Candidates who fail to qualify this test will not be engaged for apprentice. Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be required to undergo the language test. Candidates will have to appear for the test of specified opted local language at a centre (to be decided by the Bank) of the State applied for, at his/her own expenses.

Medical Examination:

• Engagement of selected apprentices is subject to his/her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank.
  Final Selection will be subject to:
  a) Verification of eligibility for the post and information furnished in        the online application
  b) Qualifying in a test of specified opted local language, where                     applicable, as detailed above.
  c) Declared fit in the Medical examination.
