SBI Recruitment 2024: State Bank Of India (SBI) has published the advertisement [ADVERTISEMENT NO: CRPD/ CBO/ 2024-21/ 20]  to recruitment Circle Based Officers Posts In SBI. State Bank of India has invited applications from eligible Indian Citizens for appointment as Officer to the following Circle Based Officers posts. Candidates who are eligible and willing to apply for these above-said posts & want to make a career in the banking sector may apply online through SBI Official Website i.e www.sbi.co.in/careers or www.bank.sbi/careers on or before 16.08.2024.

Before applying online, candidates are requested to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the post as on the date of eligibility. The process of Registration is complete only when the fee is deposited with the Bank through Online mode on or before the last date for payment of a fee. Candidates should possess prescribed eligibility criteria and age limit. Applicants will have to make payment requisite fee through online mode as prescribed in the advertisement. Selected candidates will be posted in the Circle of that State against whose vacancy they are selected. As per advertisement, SBI Circle Based Officers has been allotted overall 3850 vacancies, details are given below table.

Eligibility Criteria For Circle Based Officers:

Education Qualification: 

• Applicants must possess Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
• Refer to the advertisement for more details about qualification.

Age Limit:

• Candidates age limit should not be above 30 years as on 01.08.2024.
• Refer to the advertisement for the relaxation age limit.

Selection Procedure:

• The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview and written exam.

Application Fee:

• Rs. 750/- For General/ EWS/ OBC
• No Fee for SC/ ST/ PWD

Mode of Application:

• Candidates should apply online mode through SBI Official Website.

Mode Of Payment:

• Candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee
  through online mode by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking.

How to Apply SBI CBOs Recruitment 2024:

• Go to the official website of SBI @  https://bank.sbi/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in.
• Click on <Career > < Current Opening> “RECRUITMENT OF CIRCLE BASED OFFICERS (Apply Online from 27.07.2024 to 16.08.2024)” advertisement will open.
• Read the advertisement properly and thoroughly.
• If you think you are eligible and willing to apply you may apply online & register yourself and fill up the online application form clearly without fail, make payment prescribed application fee through online using debit card, credit card, internet banking.
• Candidates can apply online only from 27.07.2024 to 16.08.2024. No other mode of application will be accepted.
• Pre-requisites for Applying Online: Candidates should have a valid email ID and mobile no. which should be kept active till the declaration of results. It will be essentially required for receiving any communication/ call letters/ advices from the bank by email/ SMS.

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION:

• Candidates will be required to register themselves online through Bank’s website https://bank.sbi/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in/careers.
• After registration candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking.
• Helpdesk: In case of any problem in filling up the form, payment of fee/ intimation charges, or receipt of Admission/ call letter, queries may be made at telephone no. 022-22820427 (between 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM on working days) or lodge their query on Bank’s Careers website. Candidates should mention ‘RECRUITMENT OF CIRCLE BASED
  OFFICERS IN STATE BANK OF INDIA-2024’ in the subject of the email.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

i. Candidates are advised to take a printout of their system generated online application form after submitting the application.
ii. Candidates should satisfy themselves about their eligibility for the post applied for. The Bank would process the application of all the candidates applying for the posts with the requisite fee on the basis of the information furnished in the online application and shall determine their eligibility only at the time of the interview.
iii. Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply online well before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/ inability/ failure to log on to the website on account of heavy load on internet or website jam.
iv. SBI does not assume any responsibility for the candidates not being able to submit their applications within the last date on account of aforesaid reasons or for any other reason beyond the control of SBI.
v. Not more than one application should be submitted by a candidate. In the case of multiple applications, only the last valid (completed) application will be retained and the application fee/ intimation charges paid for the other registrations will stand forfeited.
vi. Candidates serving in Government/ Quasi-Government, Public Sector Undertakings including Nationalised Banks/ Scheduled Commercial Banks/ RRBs are advised to submit ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their
employer at the time of the interview, failing which their candidature may not be considered and traveling expenses, if any, otherwise admissible, will not be paid.
vii. In case of selection, candidates will be required to produce a proper discharge certificate from the employer at the time of taking up the appointment.
viii. The original documents regarding eligibility criteria and proof of date of birth should be produced for verification on the date of the interview. The candidate will not be allowed to attend the interview if the original
certificates are not produced for verification on the date of the interview.
ix. A caste certificate issued by Competent Authority on the format prescribed by the Government of India will have to be submitted by the SC/ ST candidates if called for an interview.
x. A declaration will have to be submitted in the prescribed format by candidates seeking reservation under the OBC category stating that he/ she does not belong to the Creamy Layer “as on 16.08.2024”. OBC
certificate containing the ‘Non-creamy layer’ clause, issued during the period 01.04.2024 to the date of the interview, should be submitted by such candidates if called for interview.
xi. The benefit of reservation under the EWS category can be availed upon the production of an ‘Income and Asset Certificate’ issued by a Competent Authority on the format prescribed by the Government of India.
xii. Candidates are advised to keep their e-mail ID alive and their mobile active for receiving advices.
xiii. The appointment of selected candidates is subject to his/ her/ their being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank.
xiv. Outstation candidates, who may be called for interview will be reimbursed the cost of travel by Railway AC Three Tier (Express/ Mail only) for the shortest route in India on the basis of actual journey. Local
transportation will not be reimbursed. A candidate, if found ineligible for the post will not be permitted to appear for the interview and will not be reimbursed any fare.
xv. Any legal proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/ or an application in response thereto can be instituted only in Mumbai and Courts/ Tribunals/ Forums at
Mumbai only shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any cause/ dispute.
