NIA Recruitment 2024: National Investigation Agency, Ministry Of Home Affairs, has published the notification dated 13 Jan 2024 on its official website for recruitment Of Deputy Superintendent Of Police (Dy SP). NIA invites the nomination for the post of Deputy Superintendent Of Police (Dy SP) in NIA on a Deputation/Absorption basis. As per the NIA Recruitment 2024, there are 15 vacancies in NIA for the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police & 13 posts for deputation/absorption basis, and 2 posts for deputation basis only. Eligible candidates may apply an application with prescribed proforma and should send the application mentioned address on or before 13.03.2024.

Eligibility Criteria For NIA Dy. Superintendent Of Police:
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University and
- 3 years’ experience in handling of cases of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work including counter-terrorism operation or imparting training in counter-terrorism.For Deputation/ Absorption to NIA
- Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or
- With 2 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the post in the pay band – 2 (Rs. 9,300 – 34,800 with grade pay Rs. 4,800 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department or
- With 3 years’ service in the grade rendered thereto on regular basis in a post in the pay band – 2 (Rs. 9,300 – 34,800 with grade pay Rs. 4,600 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department or
Age limit: - The Maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

- Vigilance Clearance Certificate and Integrity Certificate issued by the respective department.
- The details of major/minor penalties imposed on the officer during the last 10 years.
- Application received after the last date, or application of incomplete in any respect or those not accompanied by the documents/information as per para – 3 above will not be considered. The Cadre Authorities may ascertain that the particulars sent by the officers are correct as per the records.
