VP Brand and Enablement

The Salesforce Customer Success Marketing team is looking for an experienced marketing leader to develop the strategy and execute content and creativity for how we share Salesforce’s Customer Success capabilities with the world. This leader will drive brand discovery (Narrative and Identity), insight, and strategy to help inform enablement and engagement strategy for professional services. As a hands-on leader, this role will directly participate in developing compelling internal and external content that evangelizes core messaging and helps customers clearly understand the value of professional service throughout their partnership with Salesforce. Responsibilities

VP Brand and Enablement

· Work with the industry’s most innovative marketers to craft and disseminate our customer success capabilities through clear narratives, enablement campaigns, and compelling content

·Develop an understanding of the current landscape of Customer Success (Support, Success, Professional Services) and invent and simplify new ways to communicate that value to customers and prospects

· Drive creative excellence and brand alignment in all support material for Customer Success (Support, Success, Professional Services)

· Evangelize the benefits of the Customer Success (Support, Success, Professional Services) offering for all stages of the customer lifecycle (pre-sales/sales/post-sales)

· Lead the development of operational processes and rigor to ensure all programs are repeatable and scalable to accommodate new services and offerings as they materialize

· Collaborate with stakeholders across Salesforce to develop marketing strategies and narratives for third-party events like World Economic Forum & COP27, as well as first-party events like Representation Matters, Dreamforce & more

· Partner with regional field leadership to ensure relevancy and drive awareness of our professional services in all key markets around the world

 

Requirements

VP Brand and Enablement

· 10-15+ years of experience in corporate marketing, brand strategy, communications, or another related field

· Strong written communications skills: Experience crafting compelling positioning, messaging, thought leadership, and content plans

· Executive presence: Proven record of interacting with executives

· Proven ability to develop/drive influence without direct authority

· Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead a project from idea to success with minimal guidance

· Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment

· Proven capability to lead the creative development process, from brief to activation, with an eye for inspiring concepts and flawless execution

· Passion for software-as-a-service, technology, and disruptive thinking

· Creative, charismatic, and innovative
