Responsibilities

Vice President of Information Technology

• Drive the overall technology strategy for TD Garden and the Boston Bruins.
• Establish the technical vision for TD Garden and the Boston Bruins.
• Align technology goals and lead all aspects of technology development and implementation.
• Influence the strategic technology direction and related future growth.
• Provide oversight and direction to the customer relationship management platform and associated marketing automation capabilities.
• Develop and manage technology operating and capital budgets for the company’s Boston operations.
• Align IT operations with governance, standards, and support models as defined by the following company teams: information technology, leadership, infrastructure architecture, change management, quality assurance, and security.
• Lead the management of the TD Garden, the Boston Bruins, and Massachusetts Sportservice technology teams in:
  • Information Technology Infrastructure, POS, Security, Help Desk, and Desktop.
  • Event Technology Audio, Video, Broadcast, and IPTV.
  • Solutions, Integrations, and Analytics related to Customer Relationship Management, Ticketing, and Mobile POS.

Qualifications

Vice President of Information Technology

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10 or more years of executive leadership and management experience.
• The ability to manage large and multi-faceted teams; arena or entertainment complex team management is preferred.
• Strong consensus-building, strategy, analysis, organizational, technical, and sales skills are required.
• Experience and training in the technology field with the ability to continuously learn about changes and updates to data communication hardware, broadcast standards, audio and visual technology, display, integrated solutions, analytics, marketing automation, mobile platform development, ticketing, POS, transmission, and storage.
