A Talent Acquisition Manager role has been created within the Regional HR Team of a multinational luxury brands business.

The role is responsible for identifying top talent in the region for specific mandates as well as mapping future potentials when internal options are exhausted. You will partner with the business to understand requirements, manage the recruitment process, external relationships, candidate referencing and onboarding.

Requirements

Talent Acquisition Manager

Our ‘perfect match’ is likely to be an individual from an FMCG, Luxury Brands or Consumer products market but we are also open to experience gained within mature businesses with strong HR processes.

You may have experience of both agency and in-house recruitment of approximately 8 years and exposure to recruiting across core functions including sales and marketing professionals, at all levels.
