SBI Clerk Recruitment Selection Process Details

The Selection process for Junior Associate is to be done by Online test and test of specified opted local language as well. The structure of the selection process would be as given below:

Phase 1: Preliminary Examination
Phase 2: Mains Examination
Phase 3: Test of Specified Opted Local Language

Every applicant has to qualify in both tests by securing pass marks to be decided by the test experts. 1. The pay scale of Clerical Posts in the State Bank of India will be INR.17900-1000/3-20900-1230/3-24590-1490/4-30550-1730/7-42600-3270/1-45930-1990/1-47920. Rs.19,900 is a starting pay scale (INR. 17900) plus 02 advance increments admissible to graduates.

2. The selected candidates will get the total starting payment at the metro city will be around INR. 2900/- per month which also includes dearness allowance (DA) and other allowances at the current rate as well as 02 additional increments for newly recruited graduate Junior Associates.

3. Junior Associates of SBI Probation Period Details

On appointment, applicants will be on probation for at least 06 months. Selected applicants will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Services regulations of the State Bank Of India in force at the time of joining.
