2. A Subject of  Nepal or  Bhutan

Essential Educational Qualifications (as on 31.12.2024):

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
• Those who are in the Final Year/ Semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for an interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2024.
• Candidates having Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.12.2024. Candidates possessing qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, and Cost Accountant would also be eligible.

SBI PO 2024 – Age Limit ((As on 01.04.2024)

Candidates must be between the ages of 21 and 30 on April 1, 2024, which means they must have been born between April 1, 2001, and April 2, 1992. (both days inclusive). The upper age limit will be relaxed as follows:

SBI PO 2024 – Selection Process

The SBI PO Recruitment Selection Process will be done through three phase-process i.e. I. Preliminary Examination  II.Mains Examination  III. Psychometric Test.

1. Preliminary Examination:

The SBI PO Prelims exam will be conducted Online. Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Test for 100 mark. The test will have 3 Sections i.e 1 English Language 2. Quantitative Aptitude 3. Reasoning Ability. There will be no sectional cut-off. The aggregate marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination will be used to create a merit list for each category. Candidates from the top of the above merit list who number 10 times (approx.) the number of vacancies in each category will be shortlisted for the Main Examination.

2. Mains Examination

Candidates who pass the pre-exam will be shortlisted for the main exam based on merit. The main examination will consist of one objective test (online exam) and one descriptive test worth 200 and 50 points, respectively. The main examination will be held online and will consist of 200-point Objective Tests and a 50-point Descriptive Test.

3. Group Exercise and Interview

Psychometric Test- Those candidates who are shortlisted for Phase III may be subjected to a psychometric test for personality profiling. The test results may be presented to the interview panel in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the candidates.

This is the final step in the selection process. Candidates who have passed the SBI Mains Exam will be invited to the Interview and Group Exercise. This round is critical in determining the candidate’s fate in terms of final selection. The marks obtained in the SBI Mains and Interview are used to determine the candidate’s final selection as an SBI PO.

SBI PO –Exam Pattern

Prelims and Mains are the two phases of the SBI PO Exam Pattern 2024 for online exams. Following that, there will be an interview. This is the first round of the SBI PO Exam and All the questions will be set bilingually i.e. in English and Hindi, except the English Language.

Salary Structure – SBI PO Recruitment 2024
