Position Summary:
The Marketing Communications Manager – Care Communications role is responsible for communications strategy development and execution within the Care Solutions business unit. This role will also be responsible for a variety of initiatives including the development and implementation of overarching brand-level marketing campaigns for specified product segments. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to the business unit’s product and commercial teams in guiding message development and omnichannel promotional efforts targeted to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborates to establish product direction and priorities to feed collateral, training, exhibitions, and launches based on balancing needs of customers, sales, market forces, and business goals.
- Continually contributes to the development and improvement of branding, product positioning, and messaging that differentiates our offerings in the global market.
- Contributes to the creation of a global marketing vision, strategy, and direction for assigned portfolio.
- Ideates and manages the execution of integrated marketing campaigns (ABM, email, social, display, etc.) to align with marketing engagement strategy in support of growth initiatives.
- Collaborates with commercial regions/downstream marketing with establishing their go-to-market strategies, messaging, product positioning, and sales strategies.
- Responsible for new product introductions (launches) and associated campaigns for assigned portfolios.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent collaboration skills – ability to gain alignment with many cross-functional partners in a highly matrixed environment.
- Ability to overcome obstacles and manage ambiguity.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Creative-minded, energetic, and willing to think outside the box.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite required. Experience with Datorama, Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Experience Manager preferred. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Performs other duties as requested.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of marketing or marketing communication experience required, B2B experience preferred
- Healthcare IT/software marketing experience preferred
- Agency experience preferred
