Customer Care Executive: For domestic and international call centres with 0-2 yrs experience to work in inbound, outbound and collections process.
Team leaders: Atleast 6 months of experience in any domestic or international call centre in inbound or outbound process
Quality Auditors: Atleast 6 months of experience in any domestic or international call centre in inbound or outbound process
