Eligibility Criteria For Professor, Assistant Professor & Other Posts
Educational Qualification:
- Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor & Faculty Research Associate: Ph.D. or equivalent degree from recognized University/ Institute of Govt. of India.
- Research Associate: PG (Psychology/ Education/ Psychological
Measurement/ Psycho Metrics) with HR Specialization from recognized University/Institute. - Research Associate-Technical: Technical: M.Tech/ M.E (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, Telecom, or Instrumentation)/MCA/ PG (Computer Science) from recognized University/Institute.
- Hindi Officer: Master’s degree(Hindi, English) from a
recognized university. - Analyst-Programmer (Windows), Analyst-Programmer (Linux): B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA
- IT Administrator: B.E./B.Tech. degree, preferably in Computer
science from a recognized Institution / University. - Programming Assistant: BSc-IT, BCA, BScComputer Science.

- Professor: Minimum 47 years
Maximum 55 years - Associate Professor: Minimum 42 years
Maximum 50 years - Assistant Professor: Minimum 32 years
Maximum 45 years - Faculty Research Associate: Minimum 27 years
Maximum 40 years - Research Associate: Minimum 21 years
Maximum 30 years - Research Associate – Technical: Minimum 21 years
Maximum 30 years - Hindi Officer: Minimum 21 years
Maximum 30 years - AnalystProgrammer (Windows): Minimum 21 years
Maximum 35 years - AnalystProgrammer (Linux): Minimum 21 years
Maximum 35 years - IT Administrator: Minimum 21 years

Selection Process:
The selection process will be various according to posts as follows:
- For Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor: Group Exercises, Presentation Exercise, and Interview
- For Faculty Research Associate, Research Associate: Online Exam, Item writing Exercise, and Research Associate Technical Group Exercises and Interview.
- For Hindi Officer: Online Exam, Skill test, Item Writing Exercise, and Interview.
- For Analyst Programmer -Windows and Analyst Programmer- Linux, IT Administrator, and Programming Assistant: Online Exam, Skill Test, and Interview.
Application Mode:
- The only online mode will be accepted by IBPS.
Application Fees/ Intimation Charges
- Rs. 1000/- for all candidates.
Mode Of Payment:
- Candidates should make payment of requisite fees/ intimation charges through Online mode only.
Procedure to apply IBPS Recruitment Of Various Posts 2024 Notification:
- Go to the IBPS’s official website i.e. www.ibps.in.
- Click on “Advertisement For Various Posts In IBPS” advertisement will open.
- Read the advertisement clearly and thoroughly.
- If you are eligible, willing to apply then click on the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE” to open the On-Line Application Form.
- Candidates will have to click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application.
- Then fill in the application form carefully without mistake.
- Upload your photograph and Signature as per the specifications given in the advertisement.
- Prior to clicking on the submit button verify once application form and ensure that which you fill in the application form whether correct or not, modify if needed.
- Make the payment requisite fees/intimation charges through online mode.
- Finally, click on the submit button & After completing the procedure of applying on-line including payment of fees, the candidate should take TWO printouts of the system generated on-line application form, ensure that the particulars filled in are accurate and retain one printout along with Registration Number and Password for future reference.
