Head of Sales – Food Manufacturing
Charterhouse is working with a newly established food manufacturer who are looking to hire a Head of Sales – Food Manufacturing to join their team. As Head of Sales you will have overall day to day control over the sales function of the business, reporting directly to the CEO.
Your main responsibilities with be the day to day development of the manufacturing business. You will oversee the sales team, as well as being very active in sales yourself, working with the production facility and clients to develop new products and lines. You will establish relationships and long term contracts with customers in areas such as QSR, HORECA and wholesale. You will be responsible for the strategic sales vision and implementation, in addition you will ensure the business is achieving its highest level of sales and develop into new areas.
Requirements
Head of Sales – Food Manufacturing
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales within processed food. This role requires someone very commercially minded with comprehensive FMCG experience. Experience in processed foods is a must for this role, commodities experience will not be considered. The ideal candidate will have an established network of clients across the UAE in areas such as HORECA, QSR and wholesale. Due to the scope of this role candidates with UAE experience currently based in the UAE will be considered.
