Job description / Role
Facilities Management Operations Analyst
– KPIs reporting.
– Review monthly reports submitted by contractors and related stakeholders.
– Reporting and reconciliation of all CAFM reports.
– Provide an executive summary/performance snapshot for higher management (also, MDR reporting).
– Review and support of annual Maintenance Planning.
– Conduct annual contractual reviews and if required provide recommendations for amendments.
– Provide cost control function for all operational expenses.
– Support with annual budgeting exercise.
– Provide monthly budget variance analysis.
– Submit quarterly cost forecast for all related functions.
Requirements
Facilities Management Operations Analyst
– Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Bachelor of Engineering
– 3 to 4 years experience in FM Operations, preferably in performance management & reporting
– Extensive knowledge of computer/reporting systems (CAFM)
– Expertise in reporting and presentation tools like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
