Customer Service Representative

Quest is working with a multinational FMCG brand, that is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team in Dubai.

As a CSR you will:

Customer Service Representative

– Receive and process orders
– Issue shipping documents
– Acquire required documentation from relevant authorities
– Liaise between clients and production centres in scheduling production and delivery
– Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the manager

Requirements For Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative

– Strong English proficiency
– Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years experience in a similar role
– Experience in the Customer Service industry, preferably in the FMCG industry
– Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
– Excellent customer service and active listening skills
– Experience in event planning, CRM tools, and international trade is a good advantage
