Direct Recruitment:
Applicants for direct recruitment must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from any University established by law in India.
Recruitment By Transfer:
Applicants applying under Recruitment by Transfer must have a Law Degree from a University established by Law in India and be confirmed members or approved probationers in one of the following categories.
Age Limit for AP High Court Civil Judge Jobs in 2024
- To be eligible, the applicant who is applying through direct recruitment must be under the age of 35 on March 1, 2024.
- To be eligible, the applicant applying under Recruitment by Transfer must be under the age of forty-eight (48) as of the first day of March 2024.

Selection Procedure for AP High Court Civil Judges in 2024

- The High Court will conduct a Screening Test (Computer Based Test) for 100 marks, consisting of 100 multiple-choice objective-type questions, to short-list the Applicants. The examination will last for two (2) hours.

Application Fee for the AP High Court
- Applicants in the Open Competition/EWS/BC category must pay Rs.1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only) towards the online application processing fee and examination fee, whereas applicants in the SC/ST/PH category must pay Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven hundred and fifty only).
- Only applicants belonging to a community recognized as SC/ ST in the state of A.P. are eligible for a reduced examination fee of Rs.750/-.
