About NDA/NA
The National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) is the Joint Services academy of the Indian Armed Forces, where cadets of the three services, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force train together before they go on to respective service academies for further pre-commissioning training. The NDA is located in Khadakwasla, Pune, Maharashtra. It is the first Tri-Service academy in the world.Conduct under UPSC 2024.
Age Limits, Sex and Marital Status:
Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 02nd January, 2001 and not later than 1st January, 2004 are eligible.
Educational Qualifications:
(i) For Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University
(ii) For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University

- Pay the examination Fee
- UR/GEN/OBC will be Rs. 100/-
- SC/ST/PH No Fee
How To Apply
Online application form is available w.e.f. 07/08/2024 to 03/09/2024 at www.upsc.gov.in. NDA & NA (II) 2024 Examination will be conducted at various centers across the country on November 17, 2024.

Marking Scheme
- In Mathematics Section 2.5 marks for correct and -0.83 marks for incorrect.
- In General Abilities Section 4 marks for correct and -1.3 marks for incorrect.
