Jobs for 3rd Grade Teachers in Rajasthan 2024
General / Special Education Primary School Teacher (Level-I, Class 1 to 5)
- Senior Secondary (Or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year diploma in Elementary Education (By whatever name known) (or)
- Senior Secondary (Or it’s equivalent) with at least 45% marks and a 2-year diploma in Elementary Education (By whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations-2002
- Senior Secondary (Or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) (or)
- Senior Secondary (Or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) (For Special Teachers) (or)
- Graduation with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
Upper Primary School Teacher General/ Special Education (Level II, Class 6 to 8)
- Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. (or)
- At least 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post Graduation and B.Ed. (or)
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) (or)
- Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) (or)
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year B.A./ B.Sc.Ed. or B.A. Ed./ B.Sc.Ed. (or)
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) (Special Education). (or)
- Post-Graduation with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated B.ED-M.ED.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not older than 40 years.
Salary of RSMSSB Primary and Upper Primary School Teachers
Candidates chosen for the positions of Primary School Teacher and Upper Primary School Teacher will be paid a fixed remuneration of Rs.23,700/- during the probation period, in addition to any other allowances such as house rent allowance, dearness allowance, urban compensation allowance, special pay, and so on.

Salary of RSMSSB Primary and Upper Primary School Teachers
Candidates chosen for the positions of Primary School Teacher and Upper Primary School Teacher will be paid a fixed remuneration of Rs.23,700/- during the probation period, in addition to any other allowances such as house rent allowance, dearness allowance, urban compensation allowance, special pay, and so on.
Application Fee
- For other backward class/very backward class applicants of the general category and creamy layer category – Rs.450/-
- For backward class/very backward class and economically weaker class applicants of the non-creamy layer category of Rajasthan – Rs.350/-
- For all the specially-abled and SC/ ST applicants of Rajasthan – Rs.250/-
- For candidates of the category whose annual income of the family is less than Rs.2.50 lakh, the examination fee of Rs.250/- is payable the same as for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes.
RSMSSB Primary Upper Primary School Teacher Selection Process
Officials will hold a Competitive Examination, after which shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for Document Verification. A State level merit list will be created by finally selecting the eligible candidates in the document verification process based on the advertised levels/posts.
The examination scheme for Rajasthan Primary School Teacher General/Special Education (Level I, Classes 1 to 5) and Upper Primary School Teacher General/Special Education is as follows (Level II, Class 6 to 8)
- The exam will be worth 300 points.
- The examination will have a single-question paper.
- The question paper will last two hours and thirty minutes.
- The question paper will contain 150 questions in total. All questions will be of the multiple-choice variety.
- Answers will be evaluated using negative markings.
