Planning Engineer – Infrastructure
1. Develop and Prepares baseline program, Break down structures to satisfy contractual requirements.
2. Based on construction/project Manager input prepare cash flow(S curve), resource requirements (Histogram) including manpower & equipment and machinery.
3. Review and monitor construction programs for execution through updating on a weekly and monthly basis.
4. Prepare Daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.
5. Prepare to look ahead to compare the work done with the planned.
6. Communicates the bar charts (activity bar charts) to the site people and updating the immediate superior on regularly.
7. Preparing the recovery program plan for delayed zones.
8. Monitoring the cash flow and procurement update programme
9. Co-ordinate with the project managers to control the work progress and subcontractor’s
Requirements
Education/Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and NICMAR Work
Experience: 5-9 Years Knowledge in UAE
Good Knowledge in Civil Engineering Construction Works, Project planner software including Primavera.
Skills: Management, Computer, Communication, Competencies
