OSSSC Recruitment 2024 Notification: Residents of Odisha can rejoice because the Odisha Sub Ordinate Staff Selection Commission will soon issue the OSSSC Recruitment 2024 Notification to fill the 2940 vacancies for Revenue Inspector (RI), Assistant Revenue Inspector (ARI), Junior Revenue Assistants, and Amin. Susamarani Devi, the Revenue and Disaster Management department’s additional secretary, stated that the process of filling the vacant seats under the Revenue Administration has started with the formation of the Empowered Committee.

Furthermore, she stated that there is a proposal for the creation of approximately 20% extra Leave/Reserve posts of R.I, ARI, and Amin, i.e. 479 Amin, 532 ARI, and 592 R.I, with approximately 50% filled through direct recruitment. This preliminary list of the number of positions available for direct recruitment must be approved by the Empowered Committee and Finance Department before it is distributed to all districts for submitting the demand with OSSSC.
