Qualifications in Education – OPSC VAS Jobs Notification

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc & A.H) or an equivalent degree from a recognized university, college, or institution in India or abroad. In addition, students must have the necessary conversion certificates recognized by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI) in the case of candidates with degrees from foreign universities and a valid registration certificate under the Odisha Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1970. (Section 21).

Age Restrictions Details – OPSC VAS Jobs Notification

• A candidate must be at least 21 years old and not older than 38 years old as of January 1st, 2023, i.e., he or she must have been born between January 2nd, 1984, and January 1st, 2001.

Salary for OPSC VAS Recruitment Notification

• The pay scale of Rs.56,100/- in Level-12, Cell -1 of the Pay Matrix provided under Rule – 3 of the ORSP Rules, 2017, with usual Dearness and other Allowances as sanctioned by the Government of Odisha from time to time.

OPSC VAS Selection Process 2023-2024 

• The Commission shall prepare a list of candidates in order of merit based on the written examination marks, which shall be equal to the number of advertised vacancies.

Fee for the Odisha PSC VAS Group A Examination

• According to GA&PG Department Notification No. 9897/Gen, Dt. 11th April 2023, the examination fee has been waived for all categories of candidates.
