Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited Jobs – Age Limit 2024
- Candidates from the Unreserved (UR) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories have a maximum age of 27.
- The 15th of January 2024 will be the cutoff date for determining the maximum permissible age.
- The relaxation of the upper age limit for the OBC (NCL)/ SC/ ST category will apply only to the positions reserved for the respective category.
Salary for MRPL Assistant Engineer and Assistant Executive
- Candidates selected as Assistant Executives/ Assistant Engineers will receive a starting basic pay of Rs.50,000/- per month and will be placed on training/probation in the pay scale of Rs.50,000- 1,60,000, according to Company Rules.
The MRPL Selection Procedure
- Initially, candidates will be shortlisted for the selection process based on their valid GATE 2024, UGC NET December 2021, and June 2024 cycle (Merged Cycles) marks.
- The Written Test, Group Discussion, and Interview will be used to select candidates for the Finance/Internal Audit and Secretarial Discipline positions.
- Candidates for all other disciplines will be chosen through group discussions and interviews.

Fee for MRPL Assistant Engineer Recruitment 2024
- Candidates from the general, OBC (including the non-creamy layer), and EWS categories must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 118/-.
- The Application Fee is waived for the SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman categories.
