Qualifications in Education
A candidate must have a degree from one of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislatures in India, or from another Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or have an equivalent qualification as prescribed in Clause 6 (iii) of Schedule II, Chapter I of the Manipur Civil Services Combined Competitive Examination Rules, 2024.

As of 01-07-2024, the minimum age is 21 and the maximum age is 38.
