Process of HRRL Selection 2023-2024
- For positions in S/G E1 and E2 (except Finance) – computer-based test and/or resume shortlisting, group task, interview, and so on Finance (S/G “E1”):
- The Finance position will not be subject to a computer-based test. Candidates will be invited to participate in a Group Task and/or a Personal Interview based on their CA Final Examination results. Only those who perform well in the Group Task will be invited to the Personal Interview.
- Personal Interview for positions in S/G E3 & E5. If there are a large number of applications, the Company will use shortlisting criteria to limit the number of candidates who will be called for interviews.
