As per HPSCB Recruitment Notification 2024, HPSCB Junior Clerk educational qualifications must have the following which are tabulated below.

Junior Clerk (Direct Recruitment)	10+2 with 50% marks or Graduate or above of a recognized University. Provided that the candidate should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. This condition shall, however, not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.
Junior Clerk (PACS Quota)	10+2 with 50% marks or Graduate or above of a recognized University. Provided that the candidate should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. This condition shall, however, not apply to BonafideHimachalis. (ii) A minimum of continuous 5 years service as Secretary as defined in Rule 2(vii) of the H.P. Cooperative Societies Rules, 1971 of Primary Agriculture Credit Society. For a candidate possessing a Graduate Degree, the required experience shall be three years instead of five years. All employees of PACS who are covered under the definition of “trained Secretaries” are eligible for the posts.
Junior Clerk (OCS Quota)	(i) 10+2 with 50% marks or Graduate or above of a recognized University. Provided that the candidate should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. This condition shall, however, not apply to Bonafide Himachalis. (ii) A minimum of continuous 7 years of service in a cooperative society. For a candidate possessing a Graduate Degree, the required experience shall be five years instead of seven years. (iii) All employees of other cooperative societies and employees of PACS who are not covered under the definition of “trained Secretaries” are eligible for the posts.
