CRM Executive

What we are looking for: CRM Executive Dolce Gabbana and MaxMara
As a CRM executive you will support with the CRM evolution within 4 Chalhoub brands in terms of system and tool integration, data integrity, digital transformation and Business Intelligence activities. We are looking for someone who is experienced within CRM strategy as this role will work closely with the Marketing Manager on customer journeys and segmentation.
What you will do:
CRM Executive
– Run regular workshops with the Brands to capture their requirements for CRM and eCRM
– Work closely with the Brands to manage their specific CRM projects
– Constantly manage CRM activities to support brands customer lifecycle management
– Coordinate with relevant department managers to deliver projects to time and cost budgets
– Support in suppliers benchmarking and sourcing strategy
– Manage the scheduling, testing and deployment of all CRM and eCRM projects
– Design, build and run Business Intelligence reports for country’s needs (monthly and quarterly)
– Be responsible for data integrity at Group level
– Provide monthly/weekly reports – including but not limited to, campaign measurement and customer segmentation analysis

What you need to succeed in this role:
– Previous CRM Experience within a luxury retail environment
– Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system
– Able to compile a CRM strategy for luxury fashion, segmenting data and looking at customer journeys, knowing who to target
