Eligibility Criteria for Assam SLET 2024
Candidates who have obtained at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in a Master’s Degree or equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognized by UGC are eligible for this test. However, those from the scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST), the person with a disability (PWD), and other backward classes (OBC) from the non-creamy layer who have obtained at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in a Master degree or equivalent examination are eligible to take the test.
Age Restrictions
There is no upper age limit for the Assam State Eligibility Test 2024. Furthermore, there is no upper age limit for applying for Assistant Professor positions.
