We are seeking a resource in Finance Planning and Analysis to work with our Business Administration Processing Services Team. You will be reporting to the respective Supervisor / Manager.

What will your job be?

Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial data to management for decision-making purposes.

Analyze current and past trends in KPIs including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, Gross margins, expenses, and capital expenditures.

Analyze financial trend in various business heads.

Periodic analysis of budget vs actual financials at a detailed level.

Manage the monthly/ quarterly/ yearly closings in compliance with the DS accounting policies.

Participate in the yearly budget process in collaboration with all 3DS organizations: Geos, channels, brands, Global Functions, Strategy.

Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

Work with senior FP&A lead to prepare reports for management

Work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports.

Execute continuous process improvement and bring value addition in current process.

The Challenges ahead:

The FP&A analyst will be responsible to analyze the various financial document and prepare standard report/s which will help business leaders in decision making. Working closely with the finance, sales and marketing teams to drive insight and analysis regarding performance against key measures.

Your Key Success Factors:
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Experience in accounting; Intercompany, FP&A and allocation entries, Cost allocation.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, word, and powerpoint)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Financial Data (revenues, VAT, Taxation)
Strong analytical skills and good team player
A keen learner with a positive attitude
A structured, disciplined and flexible approach towards work
Ability to work in cross-functional teams with solution finding approach
Able to work in multiple and culturally different environments
Able to maintain high quality in all deliverables and according to the operating principles.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or Accounting (equivalent work experience considered).
Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
