• Must have passed the Intermediate Examination

• Must have passed Telangana Government Technical Examination in English Typewriting by Higher Grade (45  words per minute), or equivalent examination.

• Must have passed Bachelor’s Degree

• Must have passed Telangana Government Technical Examination in English Typewriting by Higher Grade (45 words per minute), or equivalent examination.

• Must have knowledge or qualification in computer operation

• Must have passed the Telangana Government Technical Examination in English. Typewriting by Higher Grade (45 words per minute), or equivalent examination.

Copyist

• The English Typewriting test (skill test) with the use of computers will be for 10 minutes (with a speed of 45 w.p.m.) for 100 marks.

• The minimum qualifying marks to be secured in the Typing test are 40% for O.C. and EWS candidates, 35% for the candidates of BC category, and 30% for the candidates of SCS, STS, and P.H. categories

• The English Typewriting test (skill test) with the use of computers will be for 10 minutes (with a speed of 45 w.p.m.) for 100 marks.

• The minimum qualifying marks to be secured in the Typing test are 40% for O.C. and EWS candidates, 35% for the candidates of the BC category, and 30% for the candidates of SCS, STS, and P.H. categories

Stenographer Grade 3

• The selection process will be on the basis of merit, evaluated by tests in Shorthand English 120 w.p.m. (5 minutes duration). The transcription is to be done on Computers within 45 minutes. The said skill test will be for 100 marks

• The minimum qualifying marks to be secured in the Shorthand English Examination (comprising of dictation of 120 w.p.m. (5 minutes duration)) and transcription to be done on Computers within 45 minutes will be 40% for OC, 35% to the BC candidates and 30% for SC, ST & P.H. candidates.
