Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2024 – Process of Selection
The candidates will be chosen based on the fourth stage of the CGEPT examination.
- Stage I: Written Exam
- Stage II: Physical Fitness Examination, Document Verification, and Initial Medical Exam
- Stage III: Document Verification, Final Medicals at INS Chilka, Original Document Submission, Police Verification, and Other Related Forms
- Stage IV: Training at the Indian Naval Station Chilka
- Navik (General Duty) (General Duty) Basic pay of Rs. 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances as determined by the nature of duty/place of posting in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- Navik (Domestic Branch) (Domestic Branch) The basic pay scale for Navik (DB) is 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on the nature of duty/place of posting as per current regulations.
Candidates from other categories must pay Rs. 300/- as an examination fee, whereas ST/ SC candidates are exempt.
