Qualifications and Experience of EdCIL Young Professionals
Candidates with the educational qualifications listed below are eligible to apply for EdCIL Young Professional Job Vacancies 2024.
- B.Tech/M.Tech or Master in non-technical courses from a prestigious Institute of National Importance.
- Holder of a B.E./ B.Tech/ LLB/ LLM degree or a Master’s degree in non-technical courses from an institution listed in the most recent NIRF ranking (2024)
- Graduates or Master’s Degree holders from International Institutions ranked in the QS Top 100 in 2024 are also eligible to apply.
Salary for Young Professionals at EdCIL
A total of Rs 70,000/- per month for the first two years. From the third year onwards, an annual increase of up to 5% may be considered and extended up to the fifth year.
EdCIL Young Professional Age Restrictions
Candidates must be no older than 32 years old on July 1, 2024.
Selection Procedure for EdCIL Young Professional Jobs in 2024
- The selection process will be based on academic/professional qualifications and experience and may include a Writing Skills Test/Group Discussion, and/or Interview, depending on the total number of eligible applicants required.
- A Selection Committee chaired by an officer not lower than the rank of Additional Secretary and such other members as may be co-opted for the purpose shall make the final selection.
- The committee will be guided by the candidate’s academic credentials, experience, aptitude, and depth of knowledge as evaluated overall.
