The National Rural Health Mission and the National Urban Health Mission were merged to form the National Health Mission (NHM), which the Indian government launched in 2005. Consultant

Officer of Medicine
An MBBS degree or an equivalent qualification in a related field from an accredited university or institution is required.
CHO
In addition to B. Sc. nursing or GNM course completion from any nursing school or institution approved by the Indian Nursing Council, registration with the “Haryana Nurses’ Midwives’ and Health Visitors’ Council” is required.
