Finance Manager (Property Management) In Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job description / Role
Charterhouse are currently managing a search for a property consultancy firm, whom are in the process of looking to identify a Finance Manager, to work across a client-side project within their retail management business unit.
This role shall be heavily involved in the development of all financial management and accounting processes relating to the property portfolio whilst also introducing strong controllership and governance linking to IFRS. From a technical perspective, the role will be heavily focused on the delivery of management-based reporting packs for both management internally and to meet the client-side reporting criterion. This role shall be geared towards the planning and forecasting aspects, whilst developing cash-flow controls, with an oversight also for transactional accounting and the management of general ledgers.
Requirements
Finance Manager (Property Management)
Our client will look to hire a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) with an understanding and track record within the commercial real estate space; whereby a strong advisory capability can be introduced across the financial operations. Candidates will be well-versed with IFRS accounting and reporting principles and will be able to communicate the financials clearly, to support the business lines, along with group finance obligations and audit duties. The client will also look for a candidate who has exposure to Yardi accounting software coupled with a strong understanding of Excel tools for reporting and analysis purposes.
