Property Consultant

Your responsibilities for this position will include but not be limited to the following:
– Conducting market research for the designated areas and new developments
– Property valuation as per current market analysis
– Obtaining new listings, preparing them for advertising, monitor the listings’ performance
– Qualifying clients, Arranging and conducting viewings
– Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/or tenant and landlord leading to a successful closure
Requirements
– UAE Driving license & Own Car
– Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English
– Language Fluency: Arabic, Russian, Mandarin
– Positive attitude and high level of self-motivation, and discipline
– Able to work in a team as well as independently
– Smart business dress is required at all times
