Manager Facilities Management
This position is with a leading events firm in Dubai. Eligible candidates must be western educated. The opportunity is a fixed term contract for 11 months.
Responsibilities:
Manager Facilities Management
– Work to improve control and governance of the operations and performance management of various contractual parties.
– Review and enhance the energy management plans & utilities performance of the facility in line with the sustainability theme.
– Single point of contact for FM function.
– Review and propose enhancement measures on the strategic plan as well as the day-to-day operations.
– Review the training plans for all FM staffs.
– Review and enhance the KPI’s on a periodic basis.
– Plan the delivery of facilities management services for all event operations within the site and successfully implement effective management across the functional areas.
– Ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements and those facilities comply with legislation & close coordination with traffic, security, emergency medical services team and other parties for smooth operations.
– Coordinate the planning and management of the asset handover , including management of the asset register and access system/key allocation and distribution.
– Budget control & cost management: Responsible for the related cost budgets.
– Introduce and apply rewards and penalties associated with the Performance Management System.
– Provide evaluations and reporting for use in decision making on contractor compliance, performance, and quality.
Salary:
AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Manager Facilities Management
– Eligible candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred Civil & MEP)
– FMP/CFM Certificates are an added advantage
– 8-10 years of work experience is required
– Western-educated nationals are preferred
