Junior Executive Assistant
We are looking for an established Business Support professional with proven experience in supporting senior level leadership stakeholders. The company in need of this role is a professional services company and the EA will support two Principles in the firm.
The Principle’s travel extensively and the Junior EA will be considered a key player in the organization and will be relied upon for their dependability and accountability. The EA will be fully aware of the principles of strategic goals and objectives so as to support them in their quest to manage their business.
This is a diverse role with PA responsibilities covering extensive diary management, continuous Inbox management ensuring urgent matters are dealt with sufficiently, coordinating travel as well as attending monthly management meetings and ad hoc administrative work. This role works very closely with members across the department so you will be able to develop and maintain professional relationships.
Requirements
You will have exceptional organizational, prioritization and communication skills and as this is a busy role, your CV will reflect proven experience in managing multiple tasks at any one time. A calm, professional manner and the ability to work pro-actively are key in making a success of this role.
