Job description – Health and Human Services Solution Architect

Infosys Public Services is seeking an HHS Solution Architect to join our team.

Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):

• Provide and document Health and Human Services solutions
• Review requirements and develop solutions
• Anchor technical proposal work
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to educate internal and external clients
• Mentor junior resources, enabling knowledge growth in the organization
• Create thought leadership
• Present and advocate at industry events
• Participate in client and prospect meetings
• Oversee and advise ongoing implementations
• Work as a Solution Architect in the HHS domain.
• Own and drive Solution workshops with Customers by aligning with Internal and Customer Technical Teams.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new Technologies and frameworks.

Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a Health and Human Services, preferably in Eligibility and Medicaid
• Knowledge of HHS standards such as MITA, MECT, FISMA, MARS-E, etc.
• Knowledge of architecture standards and models, cloud technologies, and Information Technology in general
• Strong knowledge of Application, Architecture, Programming language, latest technology frameworks, and Enterprise Architecture standards.
• Knowledge of COTS packages in the HHS domain and experience in any one platform is preferred. ( Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Curam, etc.)
• Excellent writing skills, experience with proposals in the public sector
• Must be able to develop creative solutions to problems
• Industry certification in TOGAF is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to Customer locations for Project work.

Educational Requirements: – Health and Human Services Solution Architect

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education.
