Group Hr Manager

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
strategy.
2- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other
issues
3- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
4- Recommending appropriate compensation and benefits program to the Board of Directors and
Implementing approved plans.
5- Establishes individual goals for team members in alignment with overall organizational goals
and performs periodic performance reviews to determine progress.
6- Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department initiatives in relation to established
goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual
improvements in the efficiency of department and services performed.
7- Establish KPIs in line with Business Heads for all employees and establishing appropriate
monitoring systems.
8- Develop and Implement a group-wide performance appraisal program.
9- Train relevant employees to perform appraisals.
10- Train relevant employees to monitor KPIs.
11- Develop and Monitor Performance Improvement Programs.
12- Supervise HR Executives.
13- Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
14- Analyze employee capacity semi-annually and prepare semi-annual Human Resource
requirement plans.
15- Keep up to date with HR legislation by researching and attending necessary events, before
providing suitable interpretation to Directors and Managers
16- Liaise with Directors and Managers to understand their HR requirements and ensure they are
fully informed of the corporate HR strategy
17- Lead the work to regularly review the company’s talent management processes within the
business areas, including performance/potential management, resource planning and
