Summary: As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will assign and manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team, and manage service delivery quality and cost. Your typical day will involve overseeing work assignments, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to be an SME – Collaborate and manage the team to perform – Responsible for team decisions – Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions – Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams – Manage service delivery quality and cost – Assign and manage work assignments – Drive people management activities for the delivery team Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management – Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT Service Management – Strong understanding of ITIL framework – Experience in incident management and problem management – Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs) and service level management – Familiarity with change management processes – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Information: – The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management – This position is based at our Bengaluru office – A 15 years full time education is required
