Job Description – Data Analyst – INTL Mexico
Partner with AI/ML teams to prepare and validate data for model training and deployment.
Conduct data discovery and validation for new market expansion, ensuring historical data sufficiency
Benchmark data quality using reporting tools and collaborate on source-to-target mapping.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional logic and translate it into actionable insights.
Analyze forecast data and business observations for existing markets to identify defects and improvement opportunities.
Support AI projects by providing deep analytical insights and ensuring data readiness for model development.

Required Skills & Experience
Write and optimize custom SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure clean, structured data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and Databricks.
o Analyzing data for both development validation and operational support
Experience with financial master data and business logic in enterprise environments.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret business requirements into performant business
Ability to work in agile delivery environments and adapt to evolving business needs.
Appetite for learning and applying functional knowledge in finance and forecasting.
Strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and business users.
Experience in categorizing and scaling solutions across new and existing markets.
