Business Analyst

The Business Analyst II position will work as a key member of a Healthcare dedicated product development team, supporting multiple assigned projects aimed at delivering solutions and services that meet company business, quality and strategic goals. The role will predominately focus on requirements gathering, analyzing data, refining user stories, defining and documenting processes, requirements, functional specifications, product documents and best practices. This is a contract position with the opportunity of extension. The hourly rate for this role is between $45-48/hr. based on experience.

* 1+ years of IT business analyst experience

* Ability to capture business requirements and get them into stories for engineers to work on

* Delivering reports in Power Bi

* SQL queries (research, clarifying, ensure requirements will work)

* Outreach campaigns- requirements around what profiles get pulled from the MDM into the campaign

* Is able to work independently

Previous experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodology; e.g., Agile, SCRUM, and KANBAN

* ISEB-qualified Business Analyst preferred

* BS/BA degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required
