Age Limit
According to the Official BEL Notification 2024, the upper age limit is 32 years as of 01.02.2024.
Experience
Candidates must have at least two years of relevant industry experience in the Software domain, primarily in software development using one or more programming languages.
Selection Process for BEL Bengaluru Project Engineers 2024
The mode of selection for BEL Bangalore Jobs 2024 will be a walk-in interview at three locations: Jammu, Ranchi, and Guwahati.
BEL Bengaluru Salary
- Candidates for the Vizag location (52 posts) will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- and Rs. 45,000/- during the first and second years of the contract.
- The initial duration for the New Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Bangalore locations (58 posts) is three years, which can be extended by one year (a total of four years) based on project requirements and individual performance. During the first, second, third, and fourth years of the contract, the candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/-, Rs. 45,000/-, Rs. 50,000/-, and Rs. 55,000/-, respectively.
- If a candidate has completed three years of service as a Trainee Engineer in BEL and applied for the Project Engineer position, he or she will be directly inducted as Project Engineer II. Such candidates will be paid Rs.45.000/- for the first year, Rs.50,000/- for the second year, and Rs.55,000/- for the third year. The total tenure will be limited to three years.
