Arabic Communications & Marketing Executive

Assisting the newly appointed Head of Communications & Marketing Manager, this role requires those who are fluent in the Arabic language and whom also possess excellent English language capabilities. Our governmental client aims to provide a wide range of humanitarian services and is a globally known organisation; leading by example with compassion and assistance in humanitarian aid and rapid response.

The successful individual will responsible for presenting and promoting the organisation both internally and externally on a global scale, via media relationship management, enhancing digital and community outreach plans and initiatives and creating editorial calendars as per current industry trends. Working closely with the Head of Communications & Marketing Manager your duties will also include monitoring and updating of the digital coverage, website and social media. It is also expected that you will provide original and innovative content for both internal and external publications such as press releases, video script, brochures and annual reports. The Communications & Marketing Executive will support additional collaborations with other departments and partnership organisations to coordinate community outreach and public events and also contribute to the overall communications and marketing strategy and budget. As this role also supports a large number of charity, NFP and humanitarian membership organisations you will also offer external communications and support to them when required.

Requirements

Arabic Communications & Marketing Executive

Therefore Arabic speaking (including reading and writing), alongside exceptional standards of communication in English is essential for this new role. You will be degree educated within communications, marketing or humanitarian studies and possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in communications and marketing, with a strong desire for those from a humanitarian or NGO background. The successful applicant will also handle highly sensitive and confidential information and therefore discretion and diplomacy is required at all times.
