Job Description – ERP Implementation Project Manager
Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation Project Manager
-Assist with data migration, validation, and system integration efforts.
-Work closely within a dynamic implementation team environment, and work with stakeholders across departments (IT, Supply Chain, and with vendors) to understand workflows and document system requirements.
-Assist in the creation of training materials and provide support for user training sessions.

Required Skills & Experience
-Experience working in a cloud based ERP system support or implementation, preferably within a healthcare environment.
-Familiarity with ERP systems such a Workday, Oracle, SAP, Infor or Epic
-Strong Excel Skills (projects will be heavily managed in spreadsheets)
-Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-Familiarity with system testing, data validation, and end-user support.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
-Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving implementation environment.
-Must be ok working 8:30am-3:30pm MT
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience Supporting large-scale ERP rollouts, particularly in healthcare.
