REMOTE- Innovation Product Manager

An employer is looking for an Innovation Product Manager to sit remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the portfolio of products/ projects within the clients innovation lab. These consist of new campaigns/ ideas the team brings in through their intake pipeline and evaluate each to determine if they are desirable to pursue. You will manage and create the solution pipeline, track all opportunities and lead new campaigns/ pursuits. You will help create product roadmaps/ strategy around new pursuits and pass off to the solutions team so they can take the necessary next steps to engineer. You will play a pivotal part in spearheading the vetting process for new intakes, evaluate runbooks and identify areas for process improvement. Additional tasks will include evaluating emerging tools/ technologies, lead voting efforts with executives on new ventures, and act as the main point of contact/ advocate for the innovation lab enterprise wide.

5+ years experience in product management
Well versed in evaluating new solutions, prototypes, technologies, etc.
Strong background in Microsoft tools/ technologies
Experience in Kanban grooming and building product roadmaps
Azure Devops experience
Strong process documentation skills
Expertise in executive stakeholder management and presentations

Experience in enterprise architecture
Power Platform experience
Experience in logistics/ supply chain industry
